Frequently Asked Questions for Mobile Event Trailer Rentals

1-2 days before your event or the day of. We operate mainly on the weekends. Weekday rentals are welcomed as well. Generally, we deliver/setup on Thursday-Saturday. Pickup is Monday-Tuesday. (We do not deliver/pickup on Sundays). If we have a lot of rentals, larger orders or pending inclement weather, we may need to extend the delivery/pickup times or days. We will notify you if we need to modify your delivery/pickup times or days.

Yes. We service generally up to 1-2hrs outside of the Baltimore area. We service parts of MD, DC, VA and PA. Maryland areas include but not limited to Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Carroll County, Harford County, Howard County and Prince George's County. If your restroom trailer rental is outside of this radius, let us know. We still may be able to accommodate your project.

Credit Cards. Special arrangements can be discussed for large orders. Contact our office.

You can cancel your order at least 8 days or more prior to your rental date. You will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.

A 50% deposit is due when you place your order; the balance is due 8 days prior to the rental date. A hold/no delivery status will be placed on orders of unpaid balances. Orders placed 2 to 7 days prior to your rental date require payment in full when you place your order.
